3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account.

  2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.

  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  1. Free Trial: You may use a free trial period (if offered) as described on the Site.

  2. Paid Plans: After your trial expires, you must select and pay for a Subscription to continue using the service.

  3. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel beforehand.

  4. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfers, and 18+ other gateways.

  5. Billing Disputes: Any billing inquiries or disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your dashboard.

  2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  3. All payments for activated Subscriptions are final; no refunds will be issued except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

6. User Content & Conduct

  1. Ownership: You retain all rights to Content you upload.

  2. License to Us: By uploading Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, backup, display, and distribute it as needed to provide the Service.

  3. Prohibited Content: You may not upload or transmit anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Platform Features & Limitations

  1. We provide hosting, security, domain provisioning, and over 10 high-performance templates.

  2. We support multiple shipping methods and scalable architecture.

  3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance, though we use commercially reasonable measures to maintain uptime and security.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All trademarks, logos, and service marks on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

  2. Except for your Content, we and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and the Service, including source code and design.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GridsApps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and post a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
